Multi-Factor Authentication (Two-Step Authentication)
It would be great to enable Google Authenticator for logging into Storm.
More and more of the web apps I use daily are now using Google Authenticator, including:

Allow users to create and share images across billing accounts. Apparently AWS has this ability.

Incompatible with LastPass.com
LastPass.com is the fastest growing password manager.
After installing it, the panel isn't working properly:
-Using Chrome I now can't add new DNS records. After clicking the button Add New Entry nothing happens.

Add audio notifications to Live Chat
Currently, unless I keep the Live Chat window on top of everything else, I don't know when a tech has responded to my initial question, or to one of my replies. It would be very helpful to have a "ding!" upon receiving a response, much like other instant messaging programs.

Allow searching my old support tickets
It would be so helpful to be able to search for a given string in my old tickets, rather than going through one by one and viewing.

allow merging accounts with liquidweb or allow using same credentials
Looks like it is impossible to create an account with the same name as an account on liquidweb, but at the same time it is impossible to use the same account for both storm and liquidweb services. Not a big deal, but seems confusing and weird.

Install humor patch into service droids
Current support staff need to have their personality profiles updated with the latest humor patch.
Currently they feel a little "out dated"

Change public IP listings to be sorted by date added (Ascending) or list the date
When I add new IP addresses they get sorted by numerals which is all well and good except we manage 100's of IP addresses. Its like playing a game of hide and seek to figure out which one is new.
Order the IPs by addition date desc, include the date, or color the new IP green for 24 hours or something. This would save a ton of time.

Allow searching or filtering of domains under Networking > DNS > Current DNS Zones
Please implement some method for searching or filtering the list of domains in the Storm On Demand Administrator interface under Networking > DNS > Current DNS Zones. The current pagination-only method limits effective management of a large number of DNS zones.

search tickets function
As we have been with storm/liquidweb for a long time, and have multiple instances, it becomes very difficult to find information from old tickets for reference, both for ourselves, and for your support admins to use in dealing with new or repeat issues (we have had this problem a few times already). A basic search function for our previous tickets would be of great assistance, especially when have a lot of tickets built up over time like we do. Have suggested this a couple of times before.

Reduce "Resize" Time
Unfortunately, one large setup from Storm in comparison to its competitors is the lack of ability to scale both horizontally and vertically instantaneously or little time at all. For instance, merely adding more ram shouldn't take 2+ Hours.

To be honest, I personally am so much more than satisfied. I have never experienced such speed and ease working with servers hosted anywhere else! The support is better than I ever was even possible. I was looking for somewhere to let ya'll know what is working. Was not really able to find any community around you to get involved in. I think you may be developing a following here..... let us follow... :)

Give Jarrod a raise! I just spoke with Jarrod and he spent about 30 minutes walking me through my server settings. He made several quick changes that dramatically improved my page load times. I'm so impressed with his patience and great customer service.

Add the option to automatically restore from the latest backup if the host machine fails.
If the physical hardware (host machine) fails, we receive notification that the server has failed, but even if we have backups enabled, I am told that nothing gets automatically restored.
It would be great to great if we could have the option to enable an automatic restore of the latest backup in the event of hardware failure.2 votes -
The ability to manually process unpaid invoices
Sometimes I have a pending payment and I want to process it. In order to do that, I either have to wait so it can be processed automatically, or open a ticket for it. I find it more easy, if I can log into my account, check the invoices and process the one I want.

LiteSpeed webserver
LiteSpeed is a faster and more efficient alternative to Apache. It is compatible with Apache's configuration file format and is also fully compatible with CPanel (drop-in replacement for Apache).
It would be great if you could add a core-managed template and also a cpanel-managed template that included LiteSpeed.35 votes
